Hunter and Sabrina met on May 16, 2021 at church. It was Sabrina's first Sunday back in Utah after living in Texas for 18 months. At first they were only acquaintances, until they started to see each other everywhere at game nights, weddings, school clubs, and church gatherings.

Their first time intentionally hanging out was April 28, 2022 when they went with their mutual friend to Bridal Veil Falls. They hit it off well and Sabrina was so impressed at how sweet and gentlemanly Hunter was. Sabrina's cheerful disposition and infectious laugh immediately caught Hunter's attention. A week later Hunter left for the summer to his internship at Aviagen. The two continued to stay in contact through the rest of the Summer until Hunter returned to Utah.

Hunter and Sabrina's first date was on September 9, 2022. They went to the Museum of Art at BYU. After that came several dates including making homemade ice cream, going to a corn maze, mini golfing, go-karting, soccer games, and several more activities.

After developing such a sweet relationship they became boyfriend and girlfriend on September 26, 2022.

Hunter and Sabrina got engaged on February 14, 2024 at the Museum of Art where they had their first date. It was one of the best days of their lives.
