The couple has pre booked a block of rooms with barcelo so we all can get them at a discounted price. We’ll use an example:

For one of the junior suites at the most expensive hotel (Rivera Maya) with two adults, the lowest price per night online is over $500.

With the discount Barcelo gave us for our wedding, we were able to bring the price down to $303 for 2 adults per night in the junior suite at Rivera Maya.

On top of the couple being able to acquire a discount on the rooms, they were able to make their guests be a part of Barcelo's "Premium" Status. *EVERY GUEST HAS THE PREMIUM STATUS*

The wedding party will be staying in Barcelo Rivera! If your party isn't staying at Barcelo Rivera, the nearest hotel is Barcelo beach. Then Barcelo Palace is on the other side of the resort!

Barcelo Beach, Caribe, and Palace are the hotels that allow children.

Barcelo Rivera is for Adults Only

Guests staying at Barcelo Beach or Caribe can only go to the buffets, bars, and other amenities that are within Barcelo Beach, Barcelo Caribe, Barcelo Colonial, and Barcelo Tropical

Guests staying at Barcelo Palace can roam the whole resort EXCLUDING Barcelo Rivera

Guests staying at Barcelo Rivera are able to roam the ENTIRE Barcelo resort. (The couple's favorite)

Barcelo Beach and Caribe are the cheapest.

Barcelo Palace is in the middle

Barcelo Rivera is the most expensive

You're able to input 2 numbers: the # number of nights and the # of guests in your party. Make sure to input your numbers in the hotel that you would prefer to get the most accurate cost.

These prices are what Barcelo gave the wedding party. It does not include taxes and/or extra fees.

Room Cost Per Night Per Room: *THIS IS THE DEPOSIT NEEDED IN ORDER TO RESERVE YOUR STAY IF BOOKING THROUGH THE DISCOUNTED WEDDING PARTY*

Needs to be paid to Sabrina Martinez via cash or zelle (702)-755-4309 in advance by April 25, 2025.

Includes the price of just staying in the room per night. This does not include the number of people staying in the room. Say if there are 3 people staying in the room, the price will remain the same if there were only 2 people inhabiting the room.

Room Usage Per Night Per Room: Includes the price of using the room services per night.

All Inclusive PER Person per Day: Flat rate given by Barcelo for our guests to have all inclusive. This price is the total of PER person PER day.

Rooming with a friend or two makes your stay SO MUCH CHEAPER.

Split to 2 people: $156.90 each

There is a minimum and maximum amount of guests allowed per room and it differs from each of the 4 hotels

Every party needs to pay the "Room Cost per Night" Before arriving to Cancun. This is the flat rate of $100 per night staying.

When you check-in to Barcelo, they are going to make you pay for "Room Usage per Night" and " All Inclusive per person per day."

Traveling with friends/family is not only more fun but it is MUCH SAFER!! Please do not travel to Cancun alone!! If you cannot find someone to travel with PLEASE DON'T HESITATE TO CONTACT THE WEDDING PARTY!! We'll try to find another party for you to join :)

BARCELO ROOM BOOKING (Google Form):

ONLY for guests booking Barcelo through the couple/wedding party!!! The guest makes their own individualized party!

Fill out the google form link below. If you're sharing a room with a friend, please limit to only one of you filling out the google form. The head of the party will input all of the group's names in the google form

There are two airports in the area but it is recommended to fly into Cancun International Airport.

The resort is around 1 hour south from the Cancun airport! It is recommended that you reserve a shuttle prior to arrival from a reputable company.

It IS NOT recommended you visit without a pre-established shuttle reservation. Taking a random taxi from the airport is an easy way to get scammed. I recommend the peace of mind of knowing the shuttle is safe, the price is pre-established / already paid for, and it is guaranteed to take you directly to the Hotel.

The cost for a safe and reliable shuttle to the resort from the Cancun airport is typically around $200.00 USD total round trip for a private vehicle for between 1-8 people in a party.

However, the price is less expensive for shared shuttles with other travelers at the risk of longer travel times due to increased number of stops.
