We started dating our senior year of high school. We had gone to school together for nearly 4 years at that point, but never really talked to one another until senior year. Here's us at our senior prom!

Our last name's are next to each other in the alphabet so we were side-by-side in the yearbook and we also got to sit together at graduation. We have the unique memory of graduating high school one right after the other!

We had originally planned to break up before heading off to college, (University of Richmond and JMU are 2 hours apart, so we thought it would never work out!) but here's us, still dating and totally in love the day we split up (physically!!) for college.

We prioritized making time to have fun and see each other at least once a month even though we both had super busy freshman fall semesters.

We have always loved hiking together. In fact, hiking St. Mary's was one of our first dates! Here we are at Crabtree Falls.

We made it through our first year of college long-distance! Obviously we were super excited to be back together for the summer.

Sophomore year was a bit busier because we were both in greek life, but we appreciated having lots of excuses to travel to see one another. Date party after date party after date party. . . This photo was taken just a few weeks before we all got sent home due to COVID.

Luckily, the pandemic didn't keep us apart for long, and we still got to make some happy memories that summer.

Hiking became a very popular pastime in the first year of the pandemic. Here we are at our favorite spot-- Spy rock! Fun fact: one time we hiked this mountain in a thunderstorm/flash-flood and came way too close to getting struck by lightning.

Calvin and I were both busy with internships the summer before senior year, but we always made time to see each other and have fun. Here we are having a picnic at Libby Hill. Foreshadowing!!!

We got to watch each other graduate college.

We officially started our adult life together when we moved into our first apartment after college, which we were super excited about after having dated long-distance for so long. Here we are at Calvin's family beach week, our last hurrah before we both started working full-time.

In our first year of living together, running became a new hobby of ours that we enjoy doing together-- even though Calvin definitely wasn't as thrilled about long distances.

Taken in our last few months at our first apartment in RVA, as we prepared to move back to Waynesboro so Sabrina could start nursing school in Charlottesville.

We moved back to RVA late 2023 (a bit earlier than planned, we just loved it too much there!) and got a Costco membership together as one of our first orders of business.

After over 6 years of dating, Calvin finally popped the question! We got engaged in RVA and then celebrated with our two families in Waynesboro. Here we are with our baby daughter Suki.

Celebrating our engagement and having chosen a venue and a wedding date with a trip to Nag's Head.
