This venue is off of the main road in Duvall, with a 1 mile gravel road that will lead to the property. Your GPS will take you to the right place by typing in “Flooded Riveranch” or the address to the venue (25501 NE 138th St Duvall, WA, 98019). Prepare for a slightly bumpy ride, some cows to greet you, and a fun night ahead!

Please plan on arriving around 4pm. This will give you enough time to grab a refreshment and take your seat. If you are on the way and your GPS shows that you are going to be late (past 4:15), please wait until 5pm to come onto the property. The ceremony will be greatly interrupted by late cars driving onto the property.

Yes, absolutely! Kiddos will be included on the RSVPs- if there is a discrepancy with number of kiddos, please let Sabrina know! If you need a high chair- text Sabrina at 206-601-0799 to make sure we have a seat appropriate for your child!

Please only bring guests who were listed on the invite and who are able to RSVP on the website please!

We would love everyone to dress up with us and wear semi-formal attire. Please avoid wearing shades of white. We suggest to dress for the weather since we are planning on an outdoor ceremony and covered reception. The venue has a mix of gravel, grass, and concrete, so stilleto heels are not recommended!
