The Best Unexpected Love Story

On Saturday, November 26, 2022, I went into work as a bartender and Travis picked up a shift as a bouncer at The Original Cancun Cantina. Little did we know that night would be the start of the rest of our lives together. It was a slow night at the bar and we had never really talked prior to this. Travis and I began talking about life and all sorts of things while also joking with one another and genuinely enjoying conversation. I felt bad because I did not know his name the whole night. At the end of my shift, I went up to another bartender Jen to ask her his name. From there, Jen then said something to Travis. We have talked everyday since. Our first date was at Topgolf in Baltimore on Sunday, December 18, 2022. Travis was leaving for Australia and I was leaving for out of state and therefore neither of us were expecting anything serious and just enjoyed each other's company. Travis was supposed to leave that January 2023 but his company did not send him to Australia until that July 2023. During this time, we continued hanging out and realized we actually really liked each other and then ended up falling crazy in love with one another. Since July 2023 we have had to do long distance for about 3 months at a time.. it has only strengthened us. We have learned so much about one another and really have understood how to communicate with one another. Our love continues to grow stronger each and everyday. We inspire each other to be the best version of ourselves and thank God for placing each other in our lives.

If you are not staying here, you can meet the shuttle bus at this hotel to use our provided transportation to &amp; from the cocktail hour/reception. Please reserve rooms as soon as possible or by the cutoff date of Thursday April 10, 2025.
