We will be visiting the park Thursday and Friday for sure. Pack comfy shoes for easy hikes and layers of clothing it will be chilly fall weather and the trees do block most sunlight so it's cool in the park.

This is a quick pit stop along 101 if you are driving up from San Francisco it was quick and we enjoyed it a lot.
