The ceremony will start promptly at 4 PM, so we recommend arriving at least 15-20 minutes early to find your seat and get settled. Please note that the doors will close 10 minutes before the ceremony begins and will not be open until the ceremony is complete.

We love your little ones, but we’re keeping our celebration mostly adults-only. Due to limited space, we are only able to include children from our close family or those in the bridal party. We encourage you to use this as a date night to relax, socialize, and dance! Thank you for understanding.

To ensure we have everything ready for our big day, please make sure to submit your RSVP by May 1st, 2025. If we do not receive your response by this date, we will unfortunately be unable to include you in our final headcount for the event.

We'd love for our guests to be dressed up for the occasion- think cocktail or black tie attire. To stay on theme, we kindly ask that you wear black if possible. Please avoid wearing white, ivory, or any colors traditionally reserved for the bride. Thank you for helping us create a beautiful and cohesive look for our special day.

Yes, we will have an open bar during the reception for four hours that will flow into a cash bar. Please enjoy responsibly!

Transportation is not provided, but the venue is easily accessible by car. We highly recommend staying at the hotel, especially if you plan to enjoy the open bar at the reception.

We've hired a photographer to capture our day and will be asking for a fully unplugged ceremony. Please refrain from all electronic use until cocktail hour.
