Where do I RSVP and when should I RSVP by?

You can RSVP directly on our website by navigating to the RSVP tab and following the instructions provided. We kindly ask that you RSVP no later than April 30, 2025, which is 30 days before the wedding. If you have any questions or are unable to RSVP through the website, please feel free to reach out to us. Contact information is provided below.

Are there reserved room blocks for us to stay?

Yes, we have reserved room blocks at two different designated hotels. If you’re interested in staying at one of these hotels, you can find more information under the Travel tab. Staying at these hotels is not required, but we wanted to provide options for your convenience.

Will there be a shuttle from the venue to the hotel?

For guests staying at our designated hotels with room blocks, shuttle service will be provided to and from the venue. If you are staying elsewhere, please note that shuttle service may not be available. For those without a shuttle, we strongly encourage you to use Uber or Lyft to ensure everyone gets home safely at the end of the night. If you plan to drive, please be aware that any cars left at the venue must be picked up by the following morning.

What is the dress code?

We don't have a specific dress code, so please come dressed in what you feel is most appropriate. Our theme is inspired by spring and summer, with a touch of floral, so anything that complements this is welcome but not required. Wear what makes you comfortable and enjoy the celebration!

Can I bring a plus one or my kids?

We understand that attending a wedding alone can feel uncomfortable, so if you’d like to bring a plus one, please indicate the total number of guests attending on your RSVP. This will help us get an accurate headcount. As for children, we wouldn’t want to celebrate without them! Please indicate if you are bringing a child and include them in your total guest count. We’ll be providing “busy bags” for the little ones, which will include coloring books, toys, a snack, and a juice box. However, please note that we won’t be able to offer a separate kids’ meal. If your child has specific dietary needs, we recommend bringing a meal that suits them.

If I have a dietary restriction will there be a different meal option?

Due to the wide variety of food allergies and dietary restrictions, we are unable to accommodate every specific need. However, we will be offering a buffet-style dinner, allowing guests to choose what suits them best. If you feel that the provided options may not meet your needs, we encourage you to bring any food that accommodates your dietary requirements. We understand the importance of gluten-free options, and since we have gluten allergies within our families, we will ensure some gluten-free choices are available.

Where are you registered for gifts and where should we bring/send the gifts?

While your presence at our wedding is a gift in itself, we are registered for a variety of items at Crate and Barrel, Target, and Amazon. Our registries include a range of items at different price points to accommodate various budgets. You can find links to our registries under the Registry tab for your convenience. If you choose to bring a gift or card, we appreciate your thoughtfulness! Gifts can be placed at the welcome table at our venue. If you prefer to gift something outside of our registry, that’s also perfectly acceptable—we appreciate any gesture of kindness! If you’re unable to attend but would still like to send a gift, please contact us for our mailing address. Contact details can be found at the bottom of this page.

What does the wedding day timeline look like?

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM. We kindly ask guests to arrive at least 30 minutes early to ensure they are seated before the ceremony starts. After the ceremony, guests will be ushered out by row and greeted by the bride and groom as they enter the reception area. Cocktail hour will start around 5:00 PM and last until 6:00 PM. Dinner and the reception will follow from 6:00 PM until midnight. A detailed timeline of the day's events will be provided upon arrival.
