If you booked in our block, please note that the hotel rate has been lowered to $164 per night.
Hotel cannot guarantee check in before 3 pm, but they will try their best to accommodate guests. We recommend calling the morning of to ask for early check in. Guests may drop their bags off at the hotel in the event they cannot check in before the shuttles leave.
Transportation
Shuttle service will be provided for guests between the hotel and the venue.
Before the wedding, the shuttles will make 4 trips starting at 2:15pm from the Hilton to the venue.
Shuttle times:
2:15pm
2:45pm
3:00pm
3:30pm (This shuttle will not arrive in time for the ceremony. It will arrive for cocktail hour.)
We highly recommend our guests take advantage of the earlier shuttles so that the last shuttle doesn't fill up leaving guests without a ride.
The shuttles will pick guests up from the venue at 9:00pm to go back to the Hilton.
