The wedding ceremony starts at 3pm. Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the ceremony start time :)

Please avoid wearing white! Dress comfortable and warm, a casual dress up nice is perfect. If you would like some direction on what to wear: Maroon, Green, Gold, and Black is the wedding color scheme.

This is BYOB! Please bring your preferred drink and a DESIGNATED DRIVER :) We want everyone to get home safely after celebrating us!

There should be enough parking but it is recommended to carpool if you are able to! For the reception, please DO NOT BLOCK the fire trucks in as they still need to have the ability to respond to calls.

If you have a plus one on your invitation, absolutely! If you do not have a plus one please ask the Bride or Groom before you bring an extra person to make sure we have room for them. We do ask that you stick with what's on your invitation.

There's limited options in the direct surrounding area! Bighorn RV Park in Coaldale is a great place to stay, the owners are wonderful people. Cutty's Resort Hayden Creek has cabins that might be listed as available in April, you would need to check their website. Salida has a large amount of hotels to stay at and it's roughly a 20-30 minute drive from Coaldale. AirBnB has quite a few options as well in the area. I would recommend staying in the Coaldale - Salida area as Cotopaxi can get quite sparse. There are some cabins / motels reserved at the Big Horn RV park, you will have to pay for your own room but if you give the Big Horn RV Park, Coaldale CO, a ring and let them know you want to reserve a room for our wedding go right ahead. I'm not sure how long those will be available.

Where the ceremony is being held at there will be NO bathrooms, but there will be plenty of trees and bushes to go behind. The reception location will have a bathroom available!

No phones! This is an UNPLUGGED ceremony! We ask that you please put your phones away or leave them inside your vehicles during the ceremony! We want everyone to live in the moment and we hired a phenomenal Photographer for the exact purpose of taking photos. Once the ceremony is completed you may type away. Michael Magill Photography is our amazing photographer! Please be respectful and mindful that he was hired to take our photos. Again please keep your phones turned off or in your vehicles during the ceremony.

Well! Great news, we will have almost everything at the wedding gluten free due to the Bride's family being allergic to gluten! Don't worry, it will taste amazing and you'll have no idea! We just ask that you PLEASE keep the tables listed as gluten free open and available to those with allergies. Everyone deserves to eat yummy food at a wedding.

Yes! We have a few registries up! If you are not able to or want to wait until after the wedding to purchase off a registry our Amazon registry will be available until May 30th.

If you have children under the age of 4 that are not listed as a plus one or added to your invitation with their name don't worry, they are welcome to come. If you have a child that is over the age of 5 that was not added to the wedding invite or added to your plus one's please let us know so we can get them added!

We will be having smoked meat with sides. We have not finalized the menu yet so please check back here closer to the big day to see what exactly will be served at the reception!
