Dress your best, whatever that means for you! From a formal ball gown to cowboy boots and jeans, we welcome it all, and encourage some creative flair. Feel free to get funky and lean into the western vibe of our venue. Most importantly, wear something you can dance in! Yee-haw!
Where are the bride and groom registered?
If you would like to get us something to celebrate, we have created a registry to fund our honeymoon! It can be found under the "registry" tab on our wedding website.
Is there an after party?
Of course! There ain't no party like a Castillo/Wegner party, cause a Castillo/Wegner party don't stop! There's no curfew, so feel free to join us for some karaoke, danicng, and midnight snacks.
What's the deal with alcohol?
There will be an open bar for all wedding weekend events! Please enjoy responsibly - if you're staying offsite there is NO uber or lyft in the area. If you drink a little more than planned and didn't reserve a room or bed, feel free to pitch a tent ;)
Which airport should I fly into?
The closest airport is Idaho Falls Regional Airport (IDA) which is a 45 minute drive from Hansen Guest Ranch. Jackson Hole Airport (JAC) is the next closest with connections from Salt Lake City and Denver. Roughly a 75 minute drive from Hansen Guest Ranch. Salt Lake City Airport (SLC) is about a 3 hour drive from Swan Valley. All major car rental companies provided at each airport.
Will the ceremony and reception be held at the same location?
Yes! Hansen Guest Ranch will host everything! Ceremony, reception, and accommodations.
Can I bring a plus 1?
We can only accommodate guests listed on your invitation.
