Event Details

- For the duration of the events (Dec 1st and Dec 2nd), all food and accommodations will be provided and have been taken care of. - Check-In Time: December 1st at 12pm- Check-Out Time: December 3rd at 10am - This will be a pure vegetarian wedding. No non-veg food will be served - Alcohol will not be served but there are cash bars for those who would like to get a drink - Please make sure to have WhatsApp installed. As that will be the main form of communication between us, the event planner, and guests.

Do I Need a Visa?

Yes. Most international travelers (including U.S. passport holders) need a visa to enter India. The easiest option is the e-Visa, which can be completed entirely online. We recommend the Tourist e-Visa, which is the fastest and simplest option.

How to Apply for an Indian Tourist e-Visa

Guests can apply directly through the official Government of India website: https://indianvisaonline.gov.in The process is straightforward and usually takes about 15–20 minutes. Steps: - Fill out the online application- Upload a passport photo and passport scan- Pay the visa fee online- Receive the e-Visa approval by email- Print a copy and bring it when traveling We recommend applying at least 3–4 weeks before travel, although approvals often come within a few days.

Udaipur is a beautiful and well-connected destination, but most international guests will need at least one international flight and one short domestic flight. We’ve outlined the easiest options below to help make your travel planning simple.

Most guests will first fly into one of India’s major international airports: Delhi (DEL)Mumbai (BOM) Both cities have many direct or one-stop flights from the U.S. and Europe and offer frequent connections to Udaipur. ----- From Delhi or Mumbai, you can take a short 1–1.5 hour domestic flight directly to Udaipur. Popular domestic airlines include: IndiGoAir IndiaVistaraSpiceJet Flights run throughout the day and are typically very affordable when booked in advance. Once you arrive at Udaipur Airport, the hotel and wedding venues are about 30–45 minutes away by car. ----- Some personal suggestions:- Try to get to India a few days before the events. Either explore in Udaipur/Delhi/Mumbai- Even staying and exploring Mumbai for a few days before heading to Udaipur might help reduce some of the travel stress
