Sam and Avery first met their freshman year of nursing school at Messiah University. One of their very first conversations, Sam was asking Avery all about her hunting experience. Sam was star struck from that moment on!



The summer of their senior year, Sam moved to Lancaster for work at LGH… and some may say to also make his move on his crush. Sam did in fact make his move and was successful after some time. Sam and Avery’s first official date was mini golf and dinner at Iron Hill. After that, they had a 4th of July firework date, adventures at Hershey park, and rocked out at the best Cody Johnson concert. Their relationship blossomed, and Avery had found her forever cowboy ;)



Sam and Avery thankfully graduated from nursing school in May 2023 by the grace of God! Sam moved back to Lancaster for work and to be close to his Sunshine!

Sam and Avery soon became dog parents to their fox red lab, Bronco! They look forward to starting their lives together as one this fall and celebrating their forever love!
