Sam and I were set up by Teresa Dye and Cathy Baxter, 2 of his coworkers and my friends from church. Initially, Teresa came to us both and asked if we'd be interested in a blind date. I said "sure" and Sam said "no thanks." (He would like me to mention here that I was shown a picture, he was not). A year later, Cathy tried again and set up a time for us to meet in a group setting. That clearly went well, and here we are a little over a year later!
