We are fortunate to have already started our lives together and have too many material things already if Sam is going to get her wish of living out of a Sprinter van! More seriously, we understand the financial ask we are making with a destination wedding. Your presence is truly the greatest gift we could ask for. If you still feel inclined to give, we have an included 2 charities we feel passionate about funding that you can contribute to or to our honeymoon experience! We have blinded everything so we will never know what you decide :)

While we love children, we have a limited number of seats at the venue, so only a small number of children are invited to the ceremony and reception. They have been named specifically on the invitation. All children are invited to the Friday welcome reception and Sunday brunch. For those out of town guests who need to arrange childcare for little ones, please email samantha.demarsh@gmail.com, and we will work together to find childcare for Saturday evening!

After you receive your invitation, please RSVP on this website ASAP. This will give us ample time to make sure everything is in order! We will need final head counts no later than May 4th, 2025.

We recommend flying into the Colorado Springs airport, which is located about 15 minutes from the resort, making it easy to uber. Flying in from Denver may provide ease of flight options, with an additional quick option to connect to Colorado Springs or if you are extending your trip, you may want to rent a car to get around this beautiful mountain state. All of the wedding-specific activities will be on resort grounds to ease the transportation burden if you decide to stay on the property! Everything from Friday-Sunday will be at the resort for the ease of our guests and to be able to celebrate all together throughout the entire weekend! See the event timeline page for specific details for each day.

Totally up to you, the resort is dog friendly! The furry friends just cannot partake in wedding festivities unfortunately, except for Rome because she is a queen.

We want all of our guests to enjoy themselves! Please indicate any special dietary requirements when you RSVP to each event, and we will make sure to accommodate your needs.

Friday: YOYO for your 4th of July daytime celebrations but at the welcome reception everyone of age will get 2 drink tickets and then you are free to purchase however many other drinks after that. Eat dinner beforehand but we will have snacks! Saturday: Daytime is again on your own, but in the evening from the cocktail hour until the end of the reception is all catered plus an open bar with beer, wine, and 3 signature surprise cocktails. Sunday: A full restaurant buffet breakfast will be provided at no cost to the guests, but your hair of the dog is on you ;)
