It all started in late 2019.

I (Sam) was working with Devin's sister, Maria, at the time. One day while he was getting his haircut, I happened to catch his eye as I walked past him. It took a few months before we really started talking, but by late January/early February, things had really taken off for us!

As we got to know each other, our relationship only got stronger. Throughout the years, we've grown with each other, learned our strengths and weaknesses, travelled together, and gotten to know each other almost inside and out. To say it was obvious to me when I had the inkling Devin was thinking of proposing was an understatement!

Through both the easy and hard times I'm eternally grateful for our relationship, and how it's affected and changed my life. I can't wait to spend the rest of forever with Devin, and I'm excited for all of you to celebrate with us!
