Yes! The dress code is cocktail attire. Think dressy, but no need for a tuxedo or a long formal dress. We recommend suits for the men and dresses for the ladies. No sundresses, jeans, or sneakers please. As always at weddings, please avoid wearing any form of white dress (white shirts for the men are of course okay). Sam and Hannah will likely not be responding to messages on the wedding day as they will be busy all day. Information on who to contact will be sent out prior to the wedding.

If you are driving to the venue, parking will be available and free to you at the Aquarium/Windows parking lot, which is directly across the street from Music Box. Park in the Northwest corner of the lot to be closest to Music Box When you pull into the parking lot, tell the attendant that you are attending the Kondolf/Hertz wedding. They will give you 2 tickets, and when you leave you should not be charged. If you would like a map of where to park, please contact Hannah or Sam

There will be a shuttle from the Cleveland Marriott Downtown to the venue and back throughout the night. First shuttle leaves at 4pm, last shuttle before the ceremony begins leaves around 5pm. The shuttle has limited space so please plan accordingly in case it fills and don't wait for the last one!

Rehearsal Dinner is at 6pm at the Great Lakes Science Center. Dress is semi formal. Sam will be in a jacket, but not a suit and Hannah will be in a mid-calf length dress.

If you are able to RSVP when you receive your invitation that is great and helpful for planning! However we request that you RSVP by June 15th. If you RSVP and can no longer make it please let us know ASAP!!

If we have accounted for your plus one, their name will be indicated on your invitation and RSVP. If you have a significant other that we have not accounted for, please reach out to Hannah or Sam and we will see what we can do. Due to space limitations at the venue, we cannot promise we will be able to accommodate them, thank you for understanding

Short answer - no. If we have included your children in our guest list, their names will be found on the RSVP. Although we love both you and your kids, this will be a largely adult only event and the only kids in attendance will be close family. If interested, we can try to assist you in finding a babysitter in the area, but no guarantees.

There will be a hotel block at the Cleveland Marriot Downtown at Key Tower, details on the travel page. Otherwise, there are many hotels and airbnbs in the downtown Cleveland area that are not far from the venue. If you are walking distance from Key Tower, there will be a shuttle to the venue.
