During cocktail hour, there will be several passed hors d'oeuvres. A seated dinner will follow with: Salad: Lyman Orchards&nbsp;Apple SaladLyman Orchards apples, dried cranberries, goat cheese, Lyman Orchards cider vinaigrette Guests will have the option to choose one of the following meals: Beef Option: Filet Mignongarlic &amp; chive whipped potato, roasted carrots, port wine demi-glace Chicken Option: Herb Roasted Chicken Breastseasonal vegetables, fennel and roasted potatoes, garlic thyme jus lie Fish Option: Seared Atlantic Salmon&nbsp;wild rice pilaf, roasted broccolini, maple grain mustard glaze Vegan Option: Vegan Rigatoni Fra Diavologrilled squash and zucchini, roasted garlic, lentils, parsley gremolata Kids option: Chicken strips with fries For dessert, there will be a wedding cake.
