We will be providing a bus from the city centre to the venue and back (exact location TBC). The bus will aim to get guests on time for the ceremony and back after the end of the evening (~3am). Please let us know in the RSVP if you would like to take the bus. Otherwise, hailing taxis in Madrid is easy - all you need to do is raise your hand. If you would like to book it ahead of time we recommend calling one of the phone numbers on this page: https://www.esmadrid.com/en/madrid-taxi. Finally, for the train lovers the venue has a local train station a short walk away ("Estacion de train de Torrelodones").

Yes! The venue has a parking area where you can leave your car for free for the whole duration of the wedding.

Absolutely! Please do bring your little bears along - please make sure you include them when you RSVP so we can cater for them appropriately.

Yes, the open bar will be available for 9 hours from the end of the ceremony (including during the cocktail and dinner). Please feel free to approach any waiter to ask for your drink of choice, incl. wine, beer, champagne, long drinks, soft drinks... There will be lemonade / flavoured water provided upon entry to the venue.

Please wear whatever you want, but Madrid in August is generally warm so please have that in mind when you choose your outfit. For the gents, we recommend cotton/linen suits or equivalent. However, as the venue is close to the mountains it may get chilly at night (yes, even in the Madrid summer!) so we recommend bringing a jacket to keep warm after sunset. For those wearing high heels, there will be heel protection provided at the entrance to the ceremony to avoid getting stuck in the grass!

We highly recommend wearing sun lotion and sunglasses. We will be providing shade for the key moments during the wedding day but you may be exposed to the sun at times so please do protect yourself! Please note the plugs are different so you will need an EU adaptor to charge your electrical devices.
