Schedule We can’t wait to say "I do" with the waves behind us! Our ceremony will take place by the beach at Beesands which we will all walk to from The Grainstore. ​To make sure everyone settles in comfortably before we begin, please note the following timing and travel details:​12:15 PM | Arrival: Please arrive at the venue. From here, it is a short, scenic walk to the ceremony field.​12:45 PM | Seated: We kindly ask that all guests are at the beach and seated by this time.​1:00 PM | The I Do's: The ceremony will begin promptly. ​It’s a short stroll from the venue to the field. Ladies, you may want to bring a spare pair of flat shoes for the walk before switching into your heels! There is limited parking available by the beach if needed. Evening guests- party starts at 6pm

What to WearThere’s no formal dress code — we just want you to feel fabulous. If you’d rather keep it simple and true to your style, that’s perfect too. Whether you’re glammed up or keeping it classic, we’ll be over the moon to celebrate with you.Our wedding party will be in fuscia pink. Child PolicyBabes in arms only - we kindly ask that only non-mobile infants attend. As much as we’d love to include little ones of all ages, we’re keeping things simple and serene for the day. We've found the perfect rustic spot for our ceremony and reception, which means we'll encounter some beautiful but tricky terrain—things like grass, gravel, and charmingly uneven old stone. ​For your safety and comfort (and to save your favourite heels!), please consider choosing sensible shoes! Think about wedges, block heels, or stylish flats. If you do choose a narrow heel, you may want to pack a pair of backups for when the dancing really kicks off!

Bar Bits &amp; SipsOur bar team is quick with a pour but not with paper—it's card-only, folks! Please leave the cash at home and bring your trusty debit or credit card to keep the drinks flowing and the good times rolling. Child PolicyWe adore your little ones, but due to venue limitations and the nature of our celebration, we kindly ask that only non-mobile infants (babes in arms) attend. We hope this allows parents to enjoy a relaxed and joyful evening with us. DogsAs much as we adore furry friends, the venue is dog-free.

Devon is a hugely popular destination, and accommodation often gets booked up quickly. To ensure you secure a place to stay that suits your needs, we strongly recommend looking into and booking your hotels, B&amp;Bs, or self-catering options as soon as possible. The same applies to travel, especially if you plan to rely on trains, car rentals, or taxis. Pre-booking your travel arrangements will help ensure a stress-free journey and avoid disappointment.
