It's the tale as old as time: Boy and girl meet in ninth grade geometry class, discover they live about five houses apart, and he delivers chocolate chip pancakes on his bike all for her to reject his romantic advance over Snapchat.Fast forward a few years: The smart boy up the street attempts to help teach her AP Economics, and then studies with her for senior year calculus midterms.The rest (falling in love at 18, attending the same college by chance, learning and growing together over four years, and moving to upstate New York) is history.

TRANSPORTATION Trains: Amtrak trains from Cleveland, NYC and other East Coast cities to the Albany-Rensselaer station or Hudson station (depending on where you stay). <a href="https://www.amtrak.com/home" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Book early</a> for maximum cheapness and availability. Planes: Fly into Albany International Airport or any of the NYC area airports and train up (see above). Boston is also an option, but you'll have to drive from there. Automobiles: Coxsackie is about 30 minutes from Albany, about 3 hours from Boston, and 2.5 hours from NYC.
