Is there a hotel block?

YES! The group code is CAN. Reservations should be made before March 1st to get the group the rate. For resort room block reservations, please call (727) 595-1611 or email group.reservations@sheratonsandkey.com Feel free to look at other hotels nearby or consider VRBO/Airbnb options.

When we arrive at Sheraton Sand Key if we are not not staying at the hotel, how do we find the wedding?

There will be wedding signs to follow. Also, the receptionists should be able to direct guests. But ceremony is located at the beach.

How do we get to the ceremony from and back to the hotel?

We will have golf carts that can shuttle guests to and from the hotel and ceremony location. Also, feel free to walk on the nice white sand and enjoy the feel of the beach ceremony.

Since this is a beach wedding, do I need shoes?

This is a great question! But for the ceremony, "SHOES ARE OPTIONAL!" We will have space for you to leave shoes alongside the beach. Also, there will be mats and brushes to clean the sand off your feet.

Is there parking at the venue?

YES! The hotel has it's own parking space:)

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

The ceremony begins at 4pm. Please consider traffic and the approximately 600 foot walk from the hotel to the ceremony location when deciding upon your arrival time. We suggest being at the hotel by 3:45pm.

What happens if it rains?

There is an alternate ceremony location inside the resort. FUN FACT: Rain on a wedding day is considered good luck in Filipino culture. It ushers in prosperity and happiness to the new couple.

Can I bring my children?

We prefer this wedding to be mainly for adults. Children who are part of the wedding ceremony will be present. If finding childcare is a challenge, please contact either the bride or groom.
