Join us at the Thatcher Hotel for a private outdoor gathering with bar access. Indoor spaces will be open, but not exclusive. Cozy firepits are available to sit around, but be sure to bring a warm coat. Pizza, snacks, and your first drink are on us—cash bar afterward.

Absolutely! We’ll provide dinner, an open bar, dessert, coffee, and a late-night snack. Please let us know about any dietary restrictions.

Our wedding will be outdoors, with dinner and dancing held in the field positioned between two houses. If you get chilly, feel free to relax in the living room inside or enjoy the seating available on the outdoor patio.

Ukiah temperatures range from daytime highs of around 85°F to nighttime lows in the 50s. We recommend breathable clothing and layers—don’t forget a warm coat for the evening.

Semi-formal, with room for your creative flair! Dress for summer weather with the expectation that the temperature will drop in the evening. For those planning to stay until the last shuttle, feel free to bring a playful accessory or statement piece that channels disco vibes.

Feel free to wear any shoes to the Thatcher Hotel welcome night. For the wedding day at Yokayo, which will be held outdoors on grass and gravel, we recommend wearing flats, or block heels.

We adore your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration, except for our niece and nephew. We hope this advance notice allows you to relax and celebrate with us!

If you drive, please park in the designated area near the entrance. We recommend using the shuttle or carpooling, as parking is limited and mostly reserved for vendors.
