Where is the wedding taking place?
Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center, 4801 La Crosse Ave, Austin, TX 78739
What time should I arrive to the wedding?
The ceremony will start at 6:30, so please arrive around 6:00-6:15.
What is the wedding day itinerary?
Our ceremony will start at 6:30 with a shorter cocktail hour afterwards. Dinner service will start around 7:30, followed by an evening of dancing and celebrating. The fun ends at 11:00.
What can I expect from the ceremony?
Super short and sweet in the Wildflower Center's courtyard.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception will be indoors and outdoors.
Is there a dress code for the wedding?
Semi-formal and dancing shoes!
What will the weather be like?
Who are we, meteorologists? As a best guess, Austin in late April should be warm and pleasant in the evening.

When should I RSVP by?
The earlier the better, but please RSVP by March 25, 2024 at the latest.

Has transport been arranged to and from the venue?
Use the code SAMANDBEN for $10 off your Lyft! If you are taking an Uber or Lyft after the wedding, we highly recommend scheduling your ride in advance, as the venue is on the edge of Austin’s city limits.
What type of food will be served at the wedding?
It’s Austin, of course we are having a Tex-Mex buffet!
Will there be meal options for guests with dietary allergies?
Please indicate on your RSVP if you have any dietary restrictions.
Will there be an open bar?
Absolutely, get ready to party!
Is there parking at the venue?
For those who want to drive to the venue, there is plenty of parking at the Wildflower Center.
Are kids invited to the wedding?
Due to space constraints, we are unable to accommodate kiddos at our wedding.
Can I bring a plus one?
Only named guests are invited to the wedding. We appreciate your understanding.
Where should we send any wedding gifts?
Your presence at our wedding is the best gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to Dan and Tracy Pence’s address at 3501 Indian Trail, Rowlett, Texas 75088. A wedding card box will be at our reception.
Will there be other events to attend on the wedding weekend?
All of our guests are invited to a welcome party the evening before the wedding.
