We prefer you RSVP sooner rather than later, but our deadline is July 1st, 2025.

Our ceremony will begin at 5:00 pm, and we ask that you arrive about 30 minutes early so all guests can find their seat.

There is a parking lot (302 E First St) connected to our venue ($2/hour) that is open to guests. We recommend entering through the front entrance, on E Superior St., to get the full experience of Greysolon. If you are staying in Duluth, there are many hotels within walking distance, so we suggest that you check into your room first, and walk over!

We are requesting formal attire for our ceremony and reception. We want everyone to feel comfortable and we understand that everyone has their own style, so wear what you feel good in! Ladies, we would suggest you wear a dress, preferably floor-length, but if you feel more comfortable in a short dress or pants and a nice shirt, go for it! Men, we suggest a dress shirt and nice pants, or even a suit if you like! Please stay away from jeans, cowboy boots, and hats. If you have any questions, google it.

We have lots of pickies in the family, and we want to be sure everyone can eat at our wedding. We will be having basil bruschetta chicken as our main course. If you have any dietary restrictions or would prefer a kids meal (chicken strips), please be sure to let us know in your RSVP!

We know not many of our guests live near Duluth, and many may want to make a weekend out of this trip! We have multiple hotel blocks and suggested hotels under the travel tab, but there are tons of hotels and VRBOs/AirBNBs in Duluth and the surrounding areas for all budgets.

Our venue can hold 300 guests, and since we have so many people we love, we have had to limit our guest list. Your invitation should include everyone invited. If you would feel more comfortable with someone else or your kids there with you, reach out to Grace or Sam to see what we can do.
