What time is the Religious Ceremony?
12:00pm - Please arrive 20 minutes early
What time is the Reception Celebration?
5:00pm - Please arrive about 15 min early
What is the dress code?
Dress code is semi-formal, religious ceremony is at a church and the reception is indoor at a refurbished warehouse. Our wedding is in late September so the temperature will still be hot (around 80's-70's).
Culture / Theme
Wedding will be a mix of Latin/Chinese/American values so recommended no white or red clothing in respect to the culture. Thank you!
What should I expect after the ceremony?
Bride and groom, as well as the wedding party, will be taking pictures at various locations. We recommend guests relax / have a snack and prepare for an evening of fun while waiting for the reception to start!
Will transportation be provided?
No transportation will be provided; however, the venue is centralized near downtown Charlotte and will have easy accessibility to Uber and Lyft, as well as plenty of parking. Please stay safe and default to a ride service or carpooling if you plan to drink.
How do I RSVP?
We hope you’ll be able to join us for your special day! Feel free to RSVP on this website under the RSVP tab or contact us individually. We will only be able to accommodate the reserved seats based on your invitation.

Will there be a virtual wedding celebration?
We are planning on livestreaming both ceremony and reception. More info to follow.
Children?
Since we both have huge extended families, we’ve chosen to limit the number of children on our guest list. We hope you understand!
Additional guests?
We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out.
Hotel block for guests? Airbnb?
As of now we plan on having 2 Airbnb property's available to rent. More info on hotel block/more Airbnb's to come.
Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?
Both the ceremony and the reception are wheelchair accessible. Please let us know if you need further accommodations!
What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?
Food menu is being finalized in June. More info to follow
Dietary restrictions
We definitely want to make sure you enjoy your time and meal on our wedding day, please let us know when you RSVP (or text/call us) about your dietary needs.
Will there be an open bar?
Open beer and wine bar is from 5:00pm-9:00pm.
Registry?
We are registered via The Knot but prefer cash gifts or Venmo/Zelle (LOL)
Post pictures of the wedding on social media?
Fine with us, as long as we look good :)
COVID health and safety measures?
Plenty of hand sanitizers, disposable masks, and both locations are large indoor spaces. We strongly recommend vaccinations/boosters in order for us to try and stay as safe as possible, as well as keeping our elderly family members healthy. Let's all help each other stay COVID free!
