Q + A

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Because the ceremony begins promptly at 4:30pm, we recommend you aim to arrive by 4:00pm to ensure you are able to comfortably arrive on time and find a seat. We will have security on the premises and if anyone should arrive any later than 4:20pm, you will be asked to kindly wait until the ceremony is over to join everyone for cocktail hour.

Is there a dress code?

We'd love to see our friends and family dress up with us! We are requesting a semi-formal dress code for our wedding. Please no jeans, t-shirts, sandals, or sneakers.

Can I bring a plus one?

We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invitation will be made to "{Your name} + Guest name" or "{Your name} + 1" if a plus one has been given to you.

Are kids invited?

Due to limited numbers, we hope you understand that children are only invited if named. Your invitations will be made out to "The {Your Last Name} Family" if your children have been invited and "{Your name} + guest name" if only you and your significant other and/or plus one have been invited.

Is there parking onsite?

Yes! The venue has parking onsite however, it is limited so we do recommend that you carpool if you can to ensure that you get a spot!

Are there any colors the guests should avoid wearing?

We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride such as white, ivory, and cream. Please also refrain from wearing bright colors such as green, yellow or any bold patterns such as polka-dots and stripes.

What color will the wedding party be wearing?

The wedding party will be wearing black. To ensure that you do not match with the wedding party please refrain from wearing black. Thanks!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony (no phone or cameras.) We have hired professionals to capture this special moment for us, so please allow them to do their best work. After the ceremony feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

What happens after the ceremony?

After the ceremony the bridal party will be taking photos around the venue for about an hour. Guests can enjoy cocktail hour in the meantime with drinks and horderves.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! We will be serving 2 specialty cocktails of the bride and grooms choosing as well as any vodka or whiskey based drinks along with beer and wine.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by April 10th at the latest on our wedding website under the RSVP tab. Earlier is always appreciated!

Do I have to RSVP?

Yes! An RSVP is absolutely required! This is essential for a final head count for seating and food. If we do not get an RSVP by the date we have provided, it will be marked as a "no."

What should I do if I can't make it?

You will be missed! If you cannot make our wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "No" so we can plan accordingly.
