Must need a PASSPORT to travel to St. Lucia.
Arrange flights to arrive at either Hewanorra International Airport (UVF) or the closer airport (Vigie - SLU). If staying at Sandals, round trip shuttles are included with price for to and from the airport. Upon arrival to either airport, look for the Sandals desk or lounge, as a Sandals provided driver will then transport you to the resort. The drive for UVF is approximately 120 minutes long and for SLU is approximately 20 minutes long.
Flights can be scheduled through Sandals, the travel agency provided, or on your own.

Group booking will be available at Sandals Regency La Toc in St. Lucia. With our group code being WG15094307. A $400 deposit is due to reserve a room; does NOT include airfare. At this time it is too early to book airfare. Final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Sandals is currently offering discounts on stays of three nights or longer. Along with discounts for military, police and fire.

Cancellation Policy:If notice is received 31 days prior to arrival there is no penalty (including deposit).If notice is received 30-15 days prior to arrival a $200 per person penalty would apply.If notice is received 14-0 days prior to arrival, 100% penalty with no refund. DOES NOT INCLUDE AIRFARE.
Trip Insurance: For only $109 per Adult (price varies slightly according to season), you can purchase our comprehensive travel protection plan. This highly recommended plan protects against cancellation penalties if the trip is cancelled for any reason prior to departure. Plus, it also covers trip interruption, baggage, medical expenses and other problems that may occur after departure. Trip insurance is offered by a third party but can be purchased online on the last step of the booking engine. Price will be added to the total vacation price.
Concierge level rooms (or higher) are highly recommended, as they include 24-hr room service, access to Sandals Club Lounge, and other various amenities that the standard rooms do not offer
If not staying at Sandals, day passes are available: Wedding passes per adult (10am-6pm) $100. Full Day Passes per adult (10am-2am) $200. On the day of wedding (guests who are attending) may come to the wedding (up to 1 hour before) and reception only, without the purchase of the day pass.
