Guest are welcome to arrive up to 30 mins prior to the scheduled ceremony time listed on your invitation. Please note that if you do arrive late, you may not be able to enter until the ceremony has concluded.

Black Tie Preferred. We ask that men wear a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie. Women wear a full length evening gowns are preferred but not a must. A midi-length dress is also acceptable—just please avoid anything above the knee as it will be too casual.

All activities will take place indoors in an air conditioned environment.

We wish we could include all children but unfortunately we are only able to include children of immediate family – thank you for your understanding.

Yes, there is limited parking lot located next to the venue to accommodate 10 cars. In the event this is full upon arrival, please part directly across the street in the P&F Electrical Supply parking lot. Please do not leave your vehicles overnight.

We'll be serving light hors d'oeuvres and non-alcoholic drinks during cocktail hour, followed by a three-course dinner.

We invite you to be fully present with us. Please keep all devices turned off during the ceremony.

Please respond via mail using the RSVP card and pre-stamped return envelope included in your invitation suite.

We kindly ask you to mail your RSVP no later than July 1st.
