When are the flights from Calgary leaving?

The flights are leaving November 18th, 2023 at 9:30 am to November 25th, 2023 at 6:00 pm. We do however recommend if you are coming to Mexico to at least make it on the flight! :D

Are we staying at a hotel in Calgary before we leave?

Yes we are, we will be staying at Wyngate by Wyndham , both before and will be parking at one of the Park to Go's.

Where is the ceremony?

Sandos Playacar Resort Riviera Maya, Quintana Roo, Mexico The ceremony will take place on the beach at 4pm.

Where is the reception?

Cocktail hour and the reception will follow the wedding ceremony in the garden.

INFOMATION ABOUT THE STAY


-There will be a coatroom at the reception


-We will be sending out messages to all our guest closer to the wedding day to pick their meal option. There will be Italian themed or chef's special themed. If there are dietary restrictions please let us know.


-We only have the reception venue till 9 pm, we will move the party to the sports bar after
