Updated with holiday activities, Dilworth Park is a short walk away from the venue and the hotels! Located right outside City Hall, the park will be decorated fort the holidays and even transforms to a skating rink during winter months.
Franklin Square is one of William Penn’s original squares. It is a beautiful park area that serves as quiet green space for the community. By night, the all-ages attraction hits a switch and shimmers with hundreds of thousands of dazzling LED lights. The free Electrical Spectacle Light Show captivates guests with a twinkling light display inspired by the square’s namesake Founding Father and set to holiday classics by global superstars and local icons. Under that technicolor glow, you can explore the park’s other wintery activities. Take a spin around the Parx Liberty Carousel, putt a few rounds on the Chilly Philly Mini Golf course, or try your hand at street curling.
Famous for its “Love” sign, Love Park is another public space that is great for pictures and the scenery around JFK Plaza.
Located in the heart of Philadelphia, City Hall is at the intersection of Market and Broad Street. It is easy to walk around the building and has Dilworth Park right outside of it!
Home to Comcast employees (shout out Tommy Big Data O’Hara), the Comcast Center will have a 13 min lights show, every hour on the hour until 8 pm.
Macy’s has a free lights show at 4 and 6 pm and has a small Dickens’ Village inside of the store!
