The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Think cocktail dresses or a suit and tie.

Georgia in the fall can be a little unpredictable. You can expect warmer weather in the afternoon, but may want a jacket or coat in the evening.

Both the ceremony and reception will be at the Historic Cowan Mill in Acworth, GA. The ceremony will be held outdoors on a covered patio, and the reception will be held indoors.

The ceremony will be taking place outdoors and requires climbing one flight of stairs to access this space. Unfortunately, there is no ramp or elevator available for this space. The reception location downstairs is wheelchair accessible. We encourage any guest to reach out to the bride and groom if there are any questions about the venue or if anything changes.

Following the ceremony, the wedding party and family will be taking photos for about half an hour. Guests will be asked to head downstairs for drinks and hors d'oeuvres before being seated for dinner.

Our ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. We recommend arrive 30 minutes to 1 hour early to make sure everyone is seated on time.

There is free parking both directly in front of the venue, as well as in the lot across the street. As we will be serving beer, wine, and cocktails at the event, we also encourage those planning to partake to ride share/Uber/Lyft to the event!

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list, and our celebration is RSVP only. We are only able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation for adults. Small children are the exception and are welcome at the event, but please make sure to confirm the attendance of children with the bride or groom to ensure our catering numbers are correct.

There is no set hotel block for the wedding weekend, but we have suggestions for hotels to book in the "Travel" section of the website.

Yes, we will have a buffet dinner and open bar with beer, wine, and cocktails. Please let us know when you RSVP about any dietary restrictions or allergies for us to accommodate you!
