The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 pm. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony to give yourself plenty of time to park and find a seat.

Of course! We ask that all guests please drink responsibly and do not drive if you plan on drinking. Please make arrangements for a safe ride home. We can't wait to celebrate accordingly!

Unfortunately, the closest airport is SeaTac and it’s about an hour from the venue. We highly recommend rental cars since the wedding party will be too busy prepping to provide rides. Please feel free to ask us if you need help planning your arrival!

We do not have a shuttle or transportation set up to and from the venue. The hotels are about 20 minutes from the venue and we ask that everyone plan accordingly since there will be an open bar!

We made arrangements to have a kid friendly reception but also wanted to party with our closest friends and family! The fake sendoff will give an appropriate cue for anyone who does not want to stay the whole night to say their goodbyes and also allow us a quick reprieve from the craziness of the wedding day.

No, Pierce County Parks are completely smoke free. Anyone caught smoking on the property will be asked to leave by Pierce County Staff.

No, there is no outside alcohol permitted. There will be a bar inside the lodge that serves alcohol to guests. Alcohol must stay inside the lodge at all times.

The wedding party will be in tan/beige and maroon/burgundy. Please avoid wearing attire that is mainly one or both of those colors but don’t feel like you need to avoid those colors altogether! Neither bride will be in white so white is not off limits for guests!
