The ceremony will be held outdoors and reception will be indoors. There will be yard games outside so please dress accordingly. The ceremony will be held at Fort Robinson State Park so we do ask that if you attend the ceremony please have either an annual park pass or a day pass! Which can be purchased at the Fort Robinson Lodge.
What is the dress code?
Our wedding will be taking place outdoors in the grass, so we suggest dressy causal. We ask please, no athletic wear.
What will be for dinner?
There will be pulled pork sandwiches, with macaroni and cheese, salad, and corn bread. And of course, cake!!
Am I allowed to bring my children?
YES! There will be adult music and drinking happening during the reception so please plan accordingly.
Can I bring a plus one?
Unfortunately, due to budget and space limitations, we simply can’t afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own.
Therefore, we regretfully ask our guests to please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation/ RSVP. Thank you so much for understanding!
Will there be a bar?
There will be a cash bar at the wedding!! We do ask that all that are drinking please to find a safe way home and to drink responsibly.
What time should I arrive?
Please know that the ceremony will promptly begin at 4:00 PM. Seating will start at 3:30 PM. Please do not make it awkward. Show up with enough time to get seated before the ceremony starts. Below you will see a map to the location of the ceremony.
