Is there a room block code for a specific hotel?
Yes there is! Please use code "DAscanio Salemme Wedding Party" for the Courtyard Norwich in Norwich CT. Address for this particular location should reflect: 181 W Town St, Norwich, CT 06360. Price of room per night should be $185 for both a King room or a Double Queen. Please reach out to Sam with any complications as rooms can be added to the block when current holds book up. I told you I am coming, do I need to RSVP?
Please still submit your RSVP. All responses will be taken via this website. Once you receive your formal invitation, it will have instructions. You can also select the RSVP tab above when it becomes available.
What time should I be there?
The ceremony is scheduled to begin promptly at 5:00pm. Guests are asked to arrive prior to this time to take their seats. The venue allows guests to arrive 30 minutes early. If you are unable to take your seat before the ceremony is scheduled to begin, we ask that you please wait until 5:30pm to arrive. At this time you will be able to join us for cocktail hour to avoid ceremony interruptions.

Is there a dress code for the wedding?
Cocktail/formal. Whatever your preference of attire. Please no shorts, denim or graphic clothing.
Is there transportation to and from the venue?
There will be a bus service going to and from the venue to the hotel on a schedule. Or you can drive (IF SAFE TO DO SO!). There is a parking lot onsite. In the event you need to leave the car, know that the lot is not monitored. Your car will just need to be picked up in the morning. See the "Travel" tab for more details!
Can we bring the kiddos to the wedding?
Though we would love our favorite little ones being there on our special day, we have decided to have an adults only wedding. We want all of the mom's and dad's to enjoy a responsibility pass for the evening!
Does the venue cater to food allergies and diets?
Absolutely! We will be making sure to get details of allergies and diet restrictions from all guests.
Do you have a gift registry?
You can find our complete wedding registry here on our website. Please see the "Registry" tab above. By no means must you shop at the noted stores. Feel free to take ideas from our registry and shop at alternative stores if you would like! Thank you in advance!
Is it OK to take photos & post on social media?
Yes of course.. Only if you tag us so we can see! :)
Just please, please, please don't get in the way of the photographers/videographer during ceremony to take these said photos/videos. That is the only time we ask that phones stay out of view & in your pockets or purses :)
Is your wedding indoors or outdoors?
Weather permitting, Ceremony will be outside. Otherwise, cocktail hour and reception will be a combo. Seating and festivities are inside, but you are welcome to be outside on the patios, near the fire pits or taking advantage of photo opportunities in the gorgeous open fields.
Is there a time gap between ceremony and reception?
A cocktail hour will take place at "the mansion" on the venue premises, where you can enjoy cocktails, mocktails, small bites and music.
Will there be an afterparty post Reception?
The local restaurant/bar in the same parking lot as the hotel, Prime 82, will be staying open for us! There will be a cash bar and complementary late-night bites.
Will there be formal goodbyes the day after?
In the morning after our wedding, we will be having a parting brunch at Sam's Parents, Lorry & Ralph's house, located in Auburn, MA starting at 10am.
