Once upon a time, Samantha and Chad's love story found its beginning on the dating app Hinge. Little did they know that swiping right would set in motion a series of events that would lead them to a love that was both unexpected and extraordinary. Samantha, who's pretty choosy, wasn't too keen on talking to people on the app. She had her share of experiences, and her pickiness reflected her desire for something truly special. Then along came Chad. Feeling interested, she decided to give it a shot and matched with him after initially passing him up months before. On their first date, Chad was sick as a dog. However, he knew that if he canceled, he would lose his chance to meet her. When Samantha got to the restaurant, Chad seemed pretty miserable and not too excited about the date. She thought about leaving but decided to stick around as he continued taking but didn't make eye contact. She thought there might be more to Chad than what she saw at first. As they talked, Samantha discovered that behind Chad's nervousness, was a genuinely kind person. Despite the rough start, their connection grew stronger, setting the stage for a love story that wasn't your typical one. Their second date was a mix of Korean BBQ and Axe throwing, a turning point filled with laughter, stories, and a fun adventure. From then on, their love story unfolded like a Nicholas Sparks novel, with lots of experiences, inside jokes, and a growing connection. One day, after Chad came home from a grueling 12-hour overtime shift, he realized Samantha was the one. She surprised him with a big tray of enchiladas as he was searching through his empty pantry for food, and together they spent the evening watching Disney movies, creating a cozy sanctuary of love and relaxation. As their journey continued, Samantha and Chad explored various places together, from Montana and Phoenix to Duck Creek, Temecula, Disneyland, San Diego, Staten Island and Ohio.&nbsp; Now, two years later, they invite you to witness the celebration of their journey – a love that conquered initial doubts, and celebrated the sweetest victories. And let's not forget their three furry companions – Samantha, Zoe, and Aspen. Together, they form a loving family. Chad, a Star Wars nerd and Captain America fanatic, brings his unique passions into the mix, adding extra charm to this extraordinary love story. Our Story

Mount Charleston is a 45-minute drive from Las Vegas. You will mainly drive on US-95 N and exit NV-157, Kyle Canyon to get to the mountains. The hotel has only 60 rooms, so please book early. Keep in mind that finding an Uber may be challenging. Please plan accordingly for transportation. We look forward to celebrating with you!

Arianna is Samantha's first little in their sorority. They've shared unforgettable moments, from fun-filled nights to memorable cabin trips, and her blue heeler, Reina and Zoe are bestie! As they celebrate Samantha's wedding, Arianna is also eagerly awaiting the arrival of her first child, due this December.

Tabitha is Samantha's cousin. Even with distance, Tabitha has surprised Samantha with her visits, experienced Europe for the first time together, answered her drunkly late phone calls and spent many summers together. Samantha served as a bridesmaid in Tabitha's wedding, and Tabitha had the honor of being a flower girl in Samantha's parents' wedding. Their connection runs deep, making her more of her big sister than cousins.

Chad and Galen's friendship dates all the way back to kindergarten when they meet on the bus. Throughout their lives, they've had lot of adventures together riding 4 wheelers, cruising around town in the Honda, and hunting. Their mutual love for the great outdoors has been a common thread in their relationship, with Chad spending many of his younger years biking to Galen's house that he is considered the 7th Hayek kid.

John and Chad first crossed paths during T-ball in kindergarten. Their friendship has endured from childhood into adulthood, marked by workaholic Wednesday's, college parties, biking to Galen's house, & playing video games. College and post-grad life saw them continuing their journey, and traveling for Tough Mudder events across the states.

Alexis is not just Samantha's cousin; she's been apart of Samantha's life since their childhood. When Samantha lived in New York, they spent countless weekends together, creating memories. Their adventures included playing with Barbies, teaming up to tease Steven, faithfully watching 'Boy Meets World,' eagerly waiting for Santa to deliver Christmas gifts, and enjoying quality time with Nana and Pop over Chinese food. Alexis has always felt more like a little sister than a cousin to Samantha, making her role as a bridesmaid even more special.

Ashley plays a double role in Samantha's life as her GGlittle in their sorority and her coworker at the office. Ashley is known for her straightforwardness, serving as the go-to vacation specialist and planner in their friendship. Together, Samantha and Ashley have shared countless lunches filled with trip planning, attended workout classes, and share a love for Big Brother.  Without Ashley Chad's proposal would of not been as nearly as good as it turned out!

Alyse is Samantha's Glittle in their sorority. Beyond their sorority connection, Alyse has been a significant source of inspiration, introducing Samantha to the world of cycling as Alyse is a cycle instructor. Their adventures together have taken them to numerous destinations, from the beautiful shores of Tahoe and the magic of Disney to the sunny landscapes of Scottsdale and unforgettable girls' trips to California. Alyse has been there from the very beginning of Samantha and Chad's love story!

Dominique is not just a bridesmaid but also Samantha's pledge sister in their sorority. She played a huge role in Samantha's decision to continue her sorority journey during their first year. Together, they've experienced a wide range of adventures, from kickboxing classes and fraternity parties to hospitality classes, and Dom has always had Samantha's back. Samantha was a bridesmaid in Dom's wedding last year and is now an Auntie to Dominique's daughter Mackenzie!

Melissa is Samantha's second Little, but her role in Samantha's life goes far beyond that. Melissa is the life of the party, capable of making everyone laugh uncontrollably with her incredible sense of humor. Their friendship has been filled with memorable moments, from their regular Thursday nights at Stoney's to their dedicated watching of 'The Bachelorette' to her endless love for Samantha's crazy dogs.

Chad and Mitchell, bound by the unbreakable bond of brotherhood, have shared countless memories forged through their epic big brother and little brother adventures and the sibling squabble. This year, it was Chad who proudly stood as Mitchell's groomsman, and now, the roles are set to reverse as Mitchell will stand by Chad's side for his upcoming wedding.

Eric and Chad first meet when they volunteered to teach at the academy! From cabin trips, to matching shirts in Temecula to Tahoe, they have formed a friendship outside of their job. Eric is the life of the party! Always game for a good time, whether it's rocking the karaoke machine or daring everyone to get thrown off a  water tube. He's the guy who amps up the fun factor!

Chad and Trevor both have a love for the outdoors and harbor a dream of moving to their homeland Montana. Bonded by the brotherhood of the blue line, Chad met Trevor when he was accepted into the sorority friendship circle. They have many things in common including their love for the mountains, shooting, dirt biking, hunting, and fishing.

Chad and Will first meet on an overtime shift.  Will was holding it down at the AMR med tent while Chad was busy escorting the dehydrated drunkies to the tent. Little did they know at that time, they would become really good friends. Chad and Will share a passion for sports. Whether it's baseball, hockey, or football, these two are always game for a game.  They are always down for whatever and are sorority brother in laws.

There are two hiking trails in Lee Canyon: Bristlecone Trail and Nature Loop. The Bristlecone Trail is a modern hike that is a 6.5-mile loop. The hike takes you through a winding forest filled with bristlecone pine trees, some of which are over 4,000 years old. You can start off this hike from either of the two access points: the Lower Bristlecone Trailhead or the Upper Bristlecone Trailhead. Meanwhile, Nature Loop is an easy hike that is less than a mile loop. This trail takes you through a stunning walkway that is outlined by quaking aspens. You may access this trail via the Bristlecone Trail or via the resort. The Cathedral Rock is another challenging trail to explore when you’re in Mt. Charleston in the summer. It is 2.8 miles long and where you will find the most colorful wildflowers in the area. Summer is the best time to explore this trail because of the risk of avalanches during winter (which means it is closed). There is also a waterfall on this trail.
