I know you have ALOT of questions so here are a few I thought were most important, please reach out with any additional questions so I can add them here because I know you will not be alone!!

What is a summer camp themed wedding?

We wanted a wedding that was original (I think we succeeded) and we wanted to be able to have a whole weekend with our family and friends. The weekend with be filled with all things you think of when you think of a summer camp but with a lot more alcohol. All of the following will be included as well as other planned activities (the children in us want to plan a game of manhunt, Who is in?!) State-of-the art Fitness Center Ropes Course with Three sided climbing tower and 21 elements Private Lake with inflatables, fishing, and boating Pool 3 basketball courts 8 tennis courts (with Pickleball) 2 soccer and football fields Yoga and Aerobics Nature Trails

How does this whole camp wedding work?

WELL, we are glad you asked! So, the wedding will take place throughout the entire weekend. Our some of our immediate family and wedding party will be arriving Thursday, everyone else will be invited to join us on Friday afternoon. Friday will include a welcome / rehearsal dinner, some camp activities, drinking and basically just kicking off the weekend. Saturday will be open to activities and then the wedding will be Saturday night and then following the wedding will be an after party. Sunday will have a farewell brunch. We would love for everyone to celebrate all weekend but understand it may not be possible for some of out guests.

Do I have to stay all weekend?

No but it is highly encouraged!! The entire weekend will be filled with activities ranging from a welcome dinner/rehearsal dinner on Friday night, the whole camp with be open on Saturday before the reception, ceremony, an after party and Sunday will have a brunch before we all go home.

Where will I be sleeping?

There will be a range of different cabin options that will open to our guests later in the year. All of the cabins have been refurbished and updated. They are all made out of wood (aka a cabin), and are equipped with all of the following amenities: - Heating and AC - Electricity & outlets - Don't worry guys, your phones can charge in the cabins - Beds - Linens & towels - Bathrooms - Showers - Mirrors - Lots of space to store all your stuff. As we do not have as many people as the camp can hold (600!) some cabins will be shared but we will be assigning those cabins so you will only be sharing with your close people. Think your immediate family or your group of friends.

What do I need to bring ?

Here's what you'll need to bring: - Athletic attire & Sneakers - For games and casual activities throughout the weekend - Normal wedding attire for our big day! - Cocktail attire for the Welcome dinner / Rehearsal dinner - Pajamas / comfy clothes - Sweatshirt / sweatpants for the after party ! - Suntan lotion - Bug spray -Medications - Toiletries

How much is it and what is included

Prices will vary depending on how long you are staying and which cabin you pick. Once you are here, everything is included!! The camp will provide the dinner on Friday night, a brunch on Saturday with a mimosa and bloody Mary bar, TWO cocktail hours on Saturday night as well as the dinner at the reception, and a farewell brunch on Sunday morning with a mimosa and Bloody Mary bar. As well as food, all alcohol will be included all weekend. During the day on Friday and on Saturday, they will even have a bar golf cart driving around!!! The camp will also provide all activity equipment as well (basketballs, tennis rackets, footballs, etc). The venue will reach out with pricing options closer to the wedding

Can I bring a guest/date?

Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on you invitation. You invitation will be made to “(Your name) & Guest” if a plus one has been given to you. Save the dates did not include plus ones. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Are kids invited?

This will be a kids free wedding though we hope the weekend brings out the kid in you!

Is there a dress code?

We’d love to see our family and friends dress up with us! It will be traditional formal wedding attire. Please refrain from wearing colors traditionally reserved for the bride (White, Ivories, and Creams)

What happens if I don’t RSVP in time?

If we do not get an RSVP back by the date which we have provided, it will be marked as “No.”. We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest counts to the venue and vendors in a timely manner and cannot accept late RSVPs due to this. We hope that you understand.

Will there be an open bar?

Obviously. And since everyone’s staying on property, we expect you to take full advantage. We will be getting all the raw footage from our videographer, so please note, nothing will be safe. ;)

Parking?

There will be parking onsite by the main office. Once you arrive and check in, a golf cart will assist you with getting to your cabin.
