After that date, reservations will no longer be eligible for the discounted rate and will be reserved at Best Available Rate.

Shuttle information from hotel to venue will be provided at check-in for hotel guests. There is also a large, free parking lot at the venue for guests who wish to drive.

Guests can begin to arrive at 4:00pm. The ceremony will start at 4:30pm.

Yes, there is a large, free parking lot at the venue for those who will be driving. There are no options for covered parking or valet.

We ask that you wear formal attire, such as a jacket and tie or a traditional suit. An elegant dress or a nice jumpsuit would also be appropriate. Ladies, you will be walking on grass! Pick your shoes accordingly!

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. All guests will be walking and seated on grass. If there is inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors. Cocktail hour will be held outdoors, rain or shine, under a covered patio. The reception will take place indoors, with an opportunity to explore the grounds following dinner.
