Please arrive at The Cambridge Mill between 2 p.m. and 2:15 p.m. to allow ample time for parking and getting seated before the procession begins at 2:30 p.m.

We kindly ask that you respond by July 10, 2026. After this date, we will assume you cannot make it, and our final guest count will be sent to our vendors.

We will be having an unplugged ceremony and kindly ask that all phones and devices remain put away so our photographers can capture each moment without distraction. Our officiant will invite guests to take a quick photo of us at one point during the ceremony. Afterward, there will be plenty of opportunities to take your own photos and celebrate with us!

We have chosen to make our special day an adults-only celebration to ensure all guests, especially parents, can fully immerse themselves in the joy of the occasion. We hope this advance notice means you can still join us and have fun on our big day! Your understanding means the world to us, and we cannot wait to celebrate with you.

To ensure we can accommodate all guests comfortably within the venue's capacity, we cannot accommodate additional guests. Yes! There is plenty of free parking available at the Cambridge Mill, with overflow parking connected to the main lot. Vehicles are allowed to stay overnight and are asked to be retrieved at some point the next day, with no set time.

Although we would love for you to be in attendance, we understand that life happens. In the event that you can no longer attend, please notify us as soon as possible via text.

The ceremony will be held onsite at The Cambridge Mill in the Pavilion.

Our cocktail hour will be held upstairs in The Cambridge Mill in the solarium, right next to the reception room.
