The Woods Farm venue is located about 1.5 hours south of Sydney, just off the Princes Highway. To reach the venue, take the Princes Highway south and turn left onto Bunnaloo Road. Follow this road for approximately 5 kilometers until you see the sign for Woods Farm. The venue is situated along a scenic, well-maintained gravel driveway, with ample parking available on-site.

YES! The whole venue is ours for the whole stay. This includes the entire wedding day.

The Woods Farm kindly ask that all guests not staying in accommodation at the property will need to have exited the property by 11:30pm.

For guests staying at the Woods Farm during the wedding, your package includes dinner on the arrival night, as well as breakfast on the morning of and the morning after the wedding. This ensures you'll be well-fed and ready for the festivities. In addition to your meals, you’ll have access to the venue's common areas and accommodation facilities. It’s a great way to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings while being part of the celebration.

For parking at the Woods Farm during the wedding, there will be designated parking areas available on-site. When you arrive, follow the signs or instructions from the venue staff, who will guide you to the appropriate parking lot. Most of the parking is conveniently located close to the accommodation and event spaces, so you'll have easy access to both. If you’re unsure where to park, feel free to ask the staff upon arrival, and they’ll direct you to the best spot.

We absolutely love kids, but for this wedding, we’re keeping it an adults-only event.

For the Woods Farm wedding, we’re going with a semi-formal dress code. Think elegant yet comfortable! For women, a nice cocktail dress, a chic jumpsuit, or a stylish blouse paired with a skirt or tailored pants would be perfect. For men, a dress shirt with trousers or a smart blazer over a shirt would work well. Since it's a farm setting, be sure to wear comfortable shoes – something stylish but practical, as the ground might be a bit uneven. We want everyone to feel both polished and relaxed, ready to enjoy the day!

The wedding at the Woods Farm will be outdoors, surrounded by the venue’s beautiful natural setting. We’ll be taking full advantage of the picturesque farm views, so expect a relaxed, open-air atmosphere. However, there will be a backup plan in place in case of any unexpected weather, ensuring the celebration goes smoothly no matter what. So, feel free to enjoy the fresh air and scenic surroundings!

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you’d like to give something, we’ll have a wishing well set up at the venue for any contributions. But please, don’t feel obligated—just celebrating with us is more than enough! We’re excited to have you join us on this special day.
