Trolley Transportation to/from the venue - Transportation options will be provided to those staying at our room blocks in downtown Stillwater. There will be a trolley pickup at 3:15pm at the Crosby and the trolley will make a second stop at the Lora after (around 3:25pm). Due to limited availability, we could only reserve 1 trolley (35 people) for the pick-up and drop-off to Royal.

In the evening, we were able to reserve 2 trolleys that will run every 30 minutes starting at 10pm with the final pick-up at 12am when the venue closes. The evening trolleys will shuttle our guests back to the Lora and Crosby hotels.

We expect some of our guests will want to continue the party after the venue closes, so please utilize the trolley transportation to enjoy some late night drinks in downtown Stillwater area (all bars and restaurants within walking distance of the Crosby & Lora drop-offs). It is one of our favorite places in the summer to enjoy a drink or two!

Parking & Overnight Parking - There will be parking available directly on site at the venue. You will also be able to leave your car overnight if needed. If you decide to park overnight, please ensure you remove your car from the lot by 11am the next day.

Uber/Lyft - Rideshare app options should be available in this area. We recommend scheduling your rides ahead of time to ensure you can secure a driver at the drop-off and pick-up time of your choosing!
