Downtown New Canaan is a beautiful walkable town with tons of restaurants and shopping.

Downtown Sono has just about everything. There's a newly opened mall which includes some restaurants and a Pinstripes bowling alley. Just outside the mall there's TONs of bars and restaurants along Washington Street and Main street. There's also a movie theater and Aquarium, not to mention the Switch Tower Museum.
