Yes, the dress code for our wedding is formal attire. We kindly ask that you dress elegantly for the occasion. A tuxedo is not required, but a suit with a tie or bow tie is highly recommended. We also ask that you please avoid wearing white, off-white, or champagne colors.

To ensure we can accommodate all guests comfortably within our venue, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate plus ones unless they are specifically named on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. The reception to follow will be indoors.

Yes, there is ample parking at Bakers Ranch for those who wish to drive. Overnight parking is allowed at Bakers Ranch, but you may not retrieve your car earlier than 7 am the following morning.

Please plan to arrive at Bakers Ranch between 3:30 pm and 3:45 pm to allow ample time for parking and getting seated before the procession begins promptly at 4:00 pm.

Yes, a provided shuttle bus will depart from the front of the Springhill Suites Bradenton Downtown/Riverfront hotel no later than 3:15pm. Please plan to be in the lobby by 3:00pm to ensure you catch the shuttle on time. This same shuttle bus will return to the Springhill Suites hotel from Bakers Ranch following the reception. Please do your best to RSVP for the shuttle accordingly so that we can ensure we have enough seats for everyone.

Yes, there will be an informal after-party at The Loaded Barrel Tavern in Bradenton, FL. Feel free to change into comfier clothes or stay in your formal wear! The Loaded Barrel Tavern is a 4 minute walk from the Springhill Suites Bradenton Downtown/Riverfront.

We have reserved a limited number of rooms at the Springhill Suites Bradenton Downtown/Riverfront and Courtyard by Marriott Bradenton Sarasota/Riverfront hotels.
