Black-tie attire is typically reserved for formal evening events. Women are asked to choose floor-length gowns, formal cocktail dresses, or elegant suits. Men are asked to wear tuxedos or formal dinner suits (Black tuxedos and bowties preferred).

Bridal party and immediate family & friends in photos should book for two nights (Sept. 13th and 14th). All other guests are highly encouraged to book for the wedding night (Sept. 14th). *Please note that the wedding will conclude at 10 pm, so there will be little to no visibility while traveling through the canyon at night. Please drive safely and responsibly.

For any of you who booked too late or are looking for a cheaper option, there are many Air B&Bs in the surrounding area. *If choosing this option, please note the distance and travel time from the venue.

Sorry folks, but we won't be allowing guests to bring a plus-one. The invitations you receive will contain the names and/or total number of invited people in your household.

Children are welcome to attend both the ceremony and reception. Please plan accordingly and keep a close eye on your little ones at all times. *Please note that there are many places around the resort for your child to easily wander off or get hurt. Due to venue stipulations, "all children must be supervised at all times by an adult, 18 years of age or older."

Childcare will not be provided. However, there will be games for them to play during the reception to keep them busy.

Pets are not allowed on the property unless written permission is given. *Please note that certified ADA service animals are welcome.

We ask that all of our guests please silence and put away all phones, cameras, recording devices, or any other electronics during the ceremony. There are no exceptions to this rule. We appreciate your understanding.

During the reception, you are free to take photos or videos as much as you desire. *Please note that a photobooth will be provided at the venue for guests to utilize freely throughout the night.

Wedding guests can only use attractions if they have signed a waiver and obtained a wristband. *Please note that you must purchase attraction tickets separately.

Skypark at Santa's Village and Skypark Wedding venues are non-smoking facilities. *Please note that there is a designated smoking area located in the parking lot, away from the main event.
