Our Story
Sami + Ricky + Jacob + James
Sami and Ricky originally met in 6th grade at Wake Forest- Rolesville Middle School. They quickly became best friends and briefly dated each other. After Sami's 7th grade year, she got transferred to Wakefield Middle School. Ricky remained at Wake Forest-Rolesville Middle School. During that period of time, they remained close friends. Once they reached high school, they both ended up at Wake Forest- Rolesville High School. Their paths crossed while Ricky was in ROTC and Sami in Modern Dance. After high school ended for both of them, they went separate ways.
Older and much wiser they reconnected in their early 30's and met up for coffee. A coffee date turned into becoming a couple in the same day. Ricky proposed on April 9th, 2019. Since then, they had their son James, Ricky started a new job with New Leaf Painting and Sami became a stay-at-home Mom after working for Girl Scouts and as an assistant dance teacher. With their children Jacob and James by their side they will get married exactly three years after they got engaged!

WHAT IS THE ATTIRE?
* Dress code for our wedding is dressy casual. Tuxedos, Cocktail dresses, Suits are all welcome. Please feel free to bring flats or sneakers for dancing! More information on the details card in your invitation.
WELCOME BAGS!
* We appreciate you traveling all the way to North Carolina for our wedding. We decided to give out welcome bags to all out of town guests! Included in your welcome bag are the following: Water Bottles, North Carolina Postcard, North Carolina Drinks, Snacks and of course a thank you card!
IS THERE PARKING FOR THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION?
* Of course! You are more than welcome to carpool since most of the day we will all be together. Parking fee is free. 40 cars allowed MAX!
OTHER EVENTS?
*Bridal Party/ Family will meet at the wedding ceremony/ reception venue at 9:30 AM for a Friends themed Breakfast. There will also be a Coffee bar.
WEDDING DETAILS:
*Ceremony starts at 3PM.
*Reception starts at 3:45PM and lasts until 6:30PM.
*The venue is alcohol free due to it being a park.
* Wedding colors are Ivory, Lavender and Carolina Blue!
