We met freshman year of college at The University of Alabama through a mutual friend & sorority sister, Morgan Weaver. Though, Chris will tell everyone he saw Sam in the Alpha Gam sorority house and the rest was history... We spent the rest of our days together in college from date parties to vacations, both Chris's brothers' weddings, getting our cat Huncho together to eventually graduating college and obtaining a Master's degree.

Our journey post-Tuscaloosa began the Summer of 2022, where we moved to Dallas, Texas, hundreds of miles away from friends and family. We created our own little life together surrounded by new friendships and re-kindled family relationships that will last a lifetime.

Chris finally :) proposed November 11 of 2023, 5.5 years after we first met. Coincidently, the week our puppy Mojo was born, who joined our family 3 months after the proposal!

We are so excited to celebrate the rest of our lives together with the most important & special people on April 26th! xoxo
