Unlike most weddings, children and kids are more then welcome to celebrate with us during our day! We do ask that upon receiving your invitations and sending back your RSVP's, that an accurate headcount be provided.

Yes, transportation will be provided to all guests staying at the Tru by Hilton Raleigh-Garner hotel. More information can be found on the hotel + transportation page!

Absolutely! You will still be able to book through our link on the hotel + transportation page, just make sure you update the days of stay. If the hotel staff give any issues during this process, please reach out to either Kevin or Samantha and we would be more then willing to assist!

As most weddings, ours will also require formal attire. We do however recommend that guests prepare for the North Carolina heat. If the weather is forecast to be sunny, there is no shade where the ceremony will take place. Plan accordingly and if you have children, consider bringing sunblock. An indoor ceremony will be arranged if the weather does not cooperate!

Our ceremony is scheduled to begin promptly at 3PM EST. We recommend arriving to the venue around approximately 2:30PM to be safe. Upon arrival to the venue, the ceremony area is behind the barn. There is a sidewalk you will follow that will lead you right to the ceremony area. Upon ceremony conclusion, the venue will transition promptly into cocktail hour to begin the festivities of the evening!

Upon receiving our wedding invitations, they will contain a small pre-filled envelope and card you will fill out and mail back to indicate the headcount, and if you are attending or declining.

No outside alcohol is permitted. We do however, have an open bar with top shelf liquor that will be open throughout the event with multiple bartenders for all guests to enjoy. Drink responsibly!

Dinner will be plated. However, there is no menu, ALL guests will receive the multiple entrees that Samantha and Kevin have selected on their plates. Don't worry, you don't have to eat it all! We anticipate you might be full from all of the food passed around during cocktail hour, we advise bringing an empty stomach! Please inform Kevin and Samantha if you have allergies to any food. We are allergy-conscious, and have planned accordingly for this.

Yes, there is a large parking lot directly attached to the venue.

We request that these be sent out as soon as possible, however NO LATER then September 24th.

Yes, the venue and ceremony area are VERY large, with lots of room to move around!
