When is the RSVP deadline and how do I RSVP?
In order to provide an accurate head count to our vendors, we expect your RSVP no later than March 16th, 2026. If you don't let us know, we won't hunt you down and will sadly miss you on our day. To RSVP, visit the designated tab above and fill out the form.
If you do not RSVP by the deadline, you will NOT be able to attend as we have to provide our vendors with final numbers a few months prior to our wedding day.
What should I wear?
Please make an effort to dress in cocktail attire. It is a formal event, after all! We'd appreciate you avoiding any kind of jeans, inappropriate footwear, or t-shirts.
The wedding party will be wearing shades of blue.
What if I want to wear white?
I hope this goes without saying, but dress-wearers, please don't wear white!
Can we bring our little ones?
We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Unless they are on the invitation, we will not be having young children at our wedding. Parents, take the night off and have fun!
What about my plus one?
If there is someone you'd like to bring who is not on your invite, please understand that we are only able to have a limited number of guests. Only those on your invite will be able to attend.
How do I get to and from the venue?
Our lovely venue has a 60-car lot and ample street parking in a quiet, industrial area. Uber or Lyft are also very convenient options.
Help! I lost the invite! What is the venue address?
It happens! For safety reasons, we are not putting the venue address on a public website. If you know someone else attending the wedding, please reach out to them. If you do not, please contact Sam or Jon BEFORE the day of the wedding! If you need the info day of, you can try to text them and Eve (Matron of Honor) or Erik (Best Man) will get you the information if they are able to.
What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Please arrive at 3:30 p.m. to be seated for the ceremony. We are beginning promptly at 4 and those who arrive after 3:55 will be asked by security to kindly wait quietly outside to avoid interruption. We will see you after at the cocktail hour!
How long can/do I have to stay on the day?
As long as you'd like! The general timeline of the day takes us from 3:30-10:30 p.m.
Will the wedding be indoors or outside?
The ceremony will be indoors. There will be an option to spend part of the cocktail hour and reception outside, weather-permitting.
What if I have a food allergy or dietary restrictions?
Please let us know when you RSVP! We want to be sure you will have a good and safe time.
I'm not from the area, what will the weather be like?
We hope for warm and sunny spring weather! It may rain, but we will take everything in stride.
Can I take crappy cell phone pictures of the ceremony?
NO! Thanks though! We are paying a wonderful, professional team to capture the ceremony for us. Feel free to any other point in the day! -Sincerely, a photographer herself
Where should I stay? Is there a hotel block there?
See the 'Travel + Stay' tab!
Do you guys have a registry?
We do! See the 'Registry' tab.
Are the ceremony and reception location the same?
They are!
Will there be an open bar?
You bet! There will also be non-alcoholic options: coffee, tea, and lemonade.
What kind of food will be served?
During cocktail hour, there will be a few butler-passed hors d'oeuvres, them being meat, vegetarian, and gluten-free. For dinner, there will be a salad, an option of chicken, steak, or a vegetarian selection, and sides. You will make your dinner choice when you RSVP. And of course, dessert!
What if I have a question that you didn't think of, Sam?
Reach out to me as soon as you think of it! Just not the day before or of. I'll be a bit busy! :)
