What's The Dress Code?
We would love to see our family and friends get fancy with us! We are requesting cocktail attire (semi-formal). This is NOT required, but if you need inspiration or want to match our theme please refer to the attire tab on the website.
When Should I RSVP By?
The sooner the better! We appreciate your prompt response. If you do not respond by October 12th, we will put you down as a "declined" invite. Unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate late RSVPs. We would hate to miss you celebrating with us, so do it as soon as possible. Thanks!
What Should I Do If I Can't Make It?
You will be dearly missed! We both know that life happens and not everyone can make it. If you are unable to attend the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible by RSVPing "No" on the website so we can let our vendors know and plan accordingly.
Can I Bring My Kids?
While we absolutely LOVE your kiddos, we decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adult-only event (only exception being the kiddos in the bridal party or immediate family members). We hope you understand and can enjoy a fun night out with us!
As for the family members with kiddos that are coming, we please ask that they’re watched carefully due to there being a large group of people and breakable items. Thanks so much!
Can I Bring A Plus One?
If you received a plus one, your guest's name will be listed on your invitation and on our wedding website under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we'd love to keep our wedding an intimate event with close family and friends. Thanks for understanding!
Where Do I Park At The Venue?
The Creamery 201 has designated parking in two separate lots for our guests. Please look below at suggested tips and the map from the venue to familiarize yourself with the parking prior to the wedding.
Best Access for Guests:
Enter the Creamery 201 parking lot on Madison Ave. Park in the Creamery 201 lot and begin walking in front of McDonald’s and then enter under the red awning. Take the stairs or elevator to the second floor.
Best Access for Handicap:
Drop guests off directly in front of the Verlo entrance on the corner of N Main St. and Sherman Ave. W. Enter through the corner door and the elevator to the second floor.
Can I Take Photos During The Ceremony?
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking all phones and other devices be put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony so that all guests can be 100% present with us during this time. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos as you want. We promise to share our photos with you as soon as possible!
Will There Be An Open Bar?
We will be providing a selection of some of our favorite drinks for free for the night. Soda and water will be free as well. If you don't like our selection, you will have to pay cash for the drink of your choosing. If you plan on drinking, we beg you to PLEASE use a ride-share app (Lyft, Uber, Taxi) or know who is your designated driver (DD) is ahead of time.
Will There Be Transportation From The Venue To The Hotel?
We will not be providing transportation to and from the hotel blocks. From the venue, each hotel is about 5-10 minutes away. Please plan accordingly on how you will get to and from the hotel, especially if you are planning on drinking. Again, we DO NOT want anyone to be drinking and driving. Be safe, please!
