We met though a mutual friend and had our first date at Disney's Hollywood Studios, about a year after we first started talking. After that, the first two months of our relationship was exclusively at Halloween Horror Nights, which is one of our favorite events to go to.

Horror Nights was our chance to get to know each other while standing in long lines. We talked about our friends and family, what we wanted in terms of the future and our interests. We took a break from the park one night to go mini golfing in Citywalk and had our first kiss on the eighteenth hole of the Alien Invaders course, which happens to involve a turntable in the belly of a giant alien slug.

The next two years were full of love, adventure, theme park days and going to lots of stage shows as we're both avid theater geeks. It wasn't long before we were meeting each other's families, into which the both of us immediately felt welcomed. On our two year anniversary, we returned to the Alien Invaders mini golf course and got engaged on the same turntable where we had our first kiss. Now we're looking forward to spending the rest of our lives with each other and start a family of our own!
